Who says e-learning has to be difficult and costly?
The College of Estate Management (CEM) is the leading international body providing distance learning education and training to the property professions and construction industry. With students from over 80 countries currently registered on College courses it was imperative for both CEM and dreamm that their first e-learning project, Introduction to Valuation, was a success.
We worked with CEM to ensure that the design and development of the e-learning course was visually appealing and very easy to use. Using our proven project management technique and in-depth understanding of producing e-learning programmes we were able to quickly establish the project parameters, responsibilities, and critical time-lines. Agreeing upon the format of deliverables, i.e. storyboards, photography, audio, etc. ahead of schedule and making sure that all parties agreed on key functionality and layouts meant that once the content was finalised the production streamlined.
